Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Inspectavio, an inspection management software product provided by Field Inspection Technologies LLC.
This English version is the controlling version unless Field Inspection Technologies LLC publishes a separate localized version that expressly states otherwise.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, accessing the service, or using Inspectavio, you agree to these Terms. If you use Inspectavio on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The service
Inspectavio provides software tools for inspection businesses, including scheduling, contact management, inspection details, agreements, templates, report writing, media management, PDF previews, client portal access, subscriptions, and related mobile or offline workflows.
Inspectavio is a software platform. We do not perform inspections, verify field conditions, certify properties, provide engineering opinions, or replace the professional judgment of a qualified inspector.
3. Accounts and authorized users
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information.
- You may only allow authorized users to access your account or company workspace.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Customer content and inspection responsibility
Customers retain ownership of the inspection content they upload or create in Inspectavio, including client records, property information, report text, media, comments, signatures, agreements, and attachments. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, secure, and otherwise operate the service for you and your authorized users.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and professional suitability of inspection reports, communications, templates, comments, recommendations, and media. You are also responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, client permissions, property access permissions, privacy notices, consents, or disclosures required for your inspection work.
5. Client portal and communications
Inspectavio may allow you to send links, agreements, reports, or communications to clients, agents, or other inspection participants. You are responsible for confirming recipients, message content, report release timing, and whether a recipient is authorized to receive the information.
6. Mobile and offline use
Inspectavio may support mobile or offline workflows. Offline changes may not be available to other users until synced. You are responsible for syncing devices, reviewing synchronization results, and resolving conflicts before relying on final inspection records or reports.
7. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may generate drafts, summaries, suggestions, or other outputs. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific inspection. You must review, edit, and approve any AI-assisted content before using it in an inspection report, agreement, recommendation, or client message.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and usage-based charges
Paid features require an active subscription or other paid plan. Pricing, plan limits, feature availability, billing cycles, and usage-based charges are shown on the pricing, checkout, or account pages and may change as permitted by law and these Terms.
Some plans, including starter or hybrid plans, may include a base subscription fee plus usage-based charges for billable inspection reports or similar metered events. If your plan includes metered usage, you authorize us and our payment processor to bill those charges according to your selected plan and billing cycle.
Unless a refund program is expressly shown at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. We may provide credits or refunds at our discretion.
9. Third-party services
Inspectavio integrates with or relies on third-party services, including cloud hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery, authentication, mobile platform services, and other operational providers. Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms, policies, or service availability.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Inspectavio for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
- Use Inspectavio to store information you do not have the right to process.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement.
- Misrepresent inspection findings, credentials, report status, or the source of communications.
11. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Inspectavio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, performance, compliance, or product quality.
12. Intellectual property
Inspectavio, the software, site design, workflows, templates provided by us, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by Field Inspection Technologies LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and inspection-related data. By using Inspectavio, you also agree to our data practices described there.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if continued access would harm Inspectavio, other users, or third parties. You may stop using Inspectavio or cancel your subscription according to the account and billing options available in the service.
15. Disclaimers
Inspectavio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Inspection Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, inspection disputes, report conclusions, or client claims arising from use of the service.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Field Inspection Technologies LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your inspection work, customer content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of Inspectavio.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Field Inspection Technologies LLC in its jurisdiction of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate through the service, by email, or by updating the date above. Continued use of Inspectavio after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
